If you are in Southeaster Florida, then you may stop by our Festival Marketplace location in Pompano Beach. BiNu Natural Soap is a division of GOM Solutions, LLC. Credit card and PayPal statements will list your purchase as "BiNu Natural Soaps".

PACKNG TURNAROUND & ESTIMATED DELIVERY
We work diligently to get our products shipped to you as quickly as possible. Although we make every attempt to ship your order within 3-5 business days, unanticipated demand can deplete our inventory. Items may be out-of-stock or discontinued without notice. We will notify you if this is the case. Shipping transit times will vary depending on your location. Please anticipate slightly slower turnaround and longer transit time during sales, promotions, or holidays.
SAMPLES
At our discretion, we may include samples with paid orders or run free product promotions periodically. Please do not request free samples when placing your order, such requests will be ignored.
RETURN POLICY
All sales are final. We want you to be happy, so please ask any questions before ordering to insure your satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products, no returns, exchanges, or store credits are accepted.
DAMAGES & SHORTAGES
If your package was damaged in transit you must notify us within 2 business days so we can initiate a claim and/or investigation with the carrier. Do not discard the damaged packaging in the event the carrier would like to inspect the box and contents. You must follow shipper’s guidelines for reporting suspected damage or we will not be able to honor reimbursement or replacement of damaged goods. Please call or email us upon receipt of your order if your package arrives incomplete, or if you received an incorrect item.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES, NON-DELIVERABLE, or REFUSED SHIPMENTS
Please make certain that the shipping address you provide is correct. If a customer makes an address error, the customer is responsible for additional delivery charges. If we make an error, then we will absorb the additional fees. UPS will charge $10.00 for even the smallest address corrections. We will in turn pass this charge to you. Packages returned to us marked ‘Refused’, ‘Unclaimed’, or ‘Invalid Address’ will be credited back to the customers credit card, less a 25% restocking fee, and all shipping costs.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS, ADJUSTMENTS, & REFUNDS
Requests for order cancellation received within 2 hours from initial order placement will be refunded in full. All other cancellations will incur a $5.00 cancellation fee and a 20% restocking fee. Please be advised, all adjustments or refunds of less than $10 are by store gift certificate unless prior arrangements have been made.
SALES TAX EXEMPTION FOR FLORIDA RESIDENTS

Due to rising transaction fees, Coupons and Gift Certificates can only be honored when they are redeemed through our shopping cart by the customer at the time order is placed. Customer Service will not manually apply coupons after orders are submitted.
